  1. JUMPING ROPE

10 minutes of jumping rope will burn about 80-90 calories. However, not only might you find it difficult to jump rope continuously for 10 minutes,  you may opt to do this work out in two sets of five minutes each.

10 minutes running will help you burning 110-120 calories. However, calories burnt is directly  related to your weight,age,sex etc. Running/Jogging is a very good exercise as it doesn’t require any equipment & every day mornnig jogging/running will keep you fresh for the entire day.
